TJ Schafer, Fifth Annual Mary Nordstrom Memorial Award

This award is presented to the employee who, during the year, has most embodied the true spirit of the beloved matriarch of CND, Mary Nordstrom. Mary Nordstrom was responsible for creating a familial culture in the CND workplace. TJ has shown great leadership at CND, earning him the prestigious Mary Nordstrom Award. He has served at CND for over a decade, and is a proactive Sales Manager who strives to bring value and a keen business sense to the table.

Beatriz Viramontes, Employee of the Year

As Field Events Coordinator, Beatriz, better known as "Bea," exemplifies CND's shared values: trust, honesty, respect, integrity, accountability and communication. Whether acting as the backbone for the nail team at Fashion Week, or coordinating special events, Bea plays a vital role. From her first day on the job, Bea has been the "go to" person to get things done. She is a multitasker who takes great pride in doing a quality job, and it shows in her results.

Shannon Aceman, Regional Sales Manager of the Year

Shannon has served as a Regional Sales Manager since 2003. Her service and dedication to her distributor accounts has earned widespread recognition and loyalty. Shannon is uniformly recognized as a producer, and consistently exceeds her objectives in sales and education management.

Sherrie Gabel, Manager of the Year

In her role as Business Services Manager, Sherrie sets the standard of ultimate customer service! She serves both internal and external customers with equal passion and professionalism. She helped lead her team with a sense of confidence and calm during the largest growth year in CND's history.

Vinnie Curcio, 30 Year Anniversary

Vinnie has been affiliated with the CND brand since the company was a small family start-up. His unparalleled loyalty, admiration for good nail design and understanding of product chemistry is reflected in his successes over three decades.

Herman Paez, 15 Year Anniversary

Herman started his career with CND as an Education Ambassador with a very customer centric approach. CND is proud to ring in his 15 year anniversary at the company. He has served as a Regional Manager in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Herman currently is a Business Development Director.
